We can flatten slabs up to 34” wide on our sawmill then either hand-plane or use our 20” commercial planer.

One of the greatest modifications you can make to pine or poplar siding is to lightly burn it through shou sugi ban— a Japanese practice that gives your wood greater longevity and weather resistance.
